Here at ality, we know a thing or two about creating award-winning chatbots. Our chatbot for Anchor Trust’s recruitment team recently won ‘Best Innovation’. We started with the problem and arrived at the solution in the form of Messenger Chatbot. This enabled candidates to allow for a suitable role in a few short minutes. The chatbot essentially replaced the first round interview by gauging years of experience, right to work, locations of interest, filtering and linking directly to their applicant tracking system.

Following an initial audit, our team worked to consolidate disconnected location pages across Twitter, Facebook and Instagram into one main account for each platform. We created a central Apple Apartments page and nested the other pages into sub location pages all linked to the ‘parent’ page. This streamlined management and our control over content, but still allowed guests to check in at individual locations. We supplemented this with specific campaign activations reaching a relevant audience and driving a significant revenue increase for the client.

IHRA "Best advertising campaign"
We launched a series of highly targeted campaigns across social media, implementing a hyper-local PPC strategy, which enabled us to serve ads within a defined radius of an Anchor Trust care home – dramatically reducing costs and wastage on audiences less likely to be interested. We optimised our campaigns and undertook a recurring A/B test of various elements of the strategy. No target audience is the same, so each ad was tailored based on age and gender.

IHRA "Best use of mobile"
We launched the first in a series of highly targeted mobile-first Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. To ensure we reached the right candidates, we tailored the ad messaging and creative based on user demographics, employment and interests. Our focus was to dramatically simplify the application process for mobile users, knowing that completing application forms on mobile devices takes on average 40% longer than desktop.
